Print Media + Video Games Journalism = ?

So, as most of you know (I’m sure) EGM just got canceled, and Ziff Davis Media’s game division has been grabbed by UGO. There’s an interesting article up over at GameSetWatch, part of Kevin Gifford’s Game Mag Weaseling column. It’s interesting to me because my ultimate goal is to creep my way, crab-like and mishapen, into the arms of just such a print gaming magazine. For all the rest of you, it is still interesting to wonder about which magazines will make it, which won’t and why.
